DELIVERY AND COLLECTION

You are more than welcome to collect your order from our Grays Farm Premises in East Yorkshire, when we will make you a cup of tea or coffe and let you see the full range of products we carry! Please phone to arrange a convenient time.

Orders which have been paid for by 1.00pm are normally dispatched the same day for next day delivery at the rates stated below. Our courier comes between 1 and 2, so if you place your order after 1, please phone to see if we are able to despatch it the same day for you. We will always do our best to do so, but it is not guaranteed. 

Please state whether your order is required next day or not in the customer comments section of the order form. If you do not state anything we will despatch same or next day depending on the time ordered and charge you the shipping costs below. If you state your order is non urgent, we will attempt to send it via royal mail at a cheaper rate (if possible) but as we are in a rural location and do not have access to a post office everyday, it will be despatched as soon as possible.

We are unable to send orders that have not been paid for. Orders are sent upon receipt of cleared payment.

We try to deliver next day on all orders paid by 1.00pm, however this cannot be guaranteed. We cannot guarantee a delivery time, and we cannot offer a refund for delivery charges in the event of delay whatever the reason.
