Please make sure you select 'regular' as your shipping option in checkout unless you are coming to collect your order from us, then select 'pick up'. The regular option is for next day UK Mail delivery (but not necessarily same day despatch it will depend when you order, but most likely it will be next day despatch as our courier collects early in the morning)
We can post out your orders via royal mail if you prefer. But, please don't ask us to post anything that you need in a hurry as we don't go into town everyday and don't trust the post if urgency is of the essence!
We charge actual postage cost plus £2 for posted orders (to cover packaging and our trip into town to post it (diesel and hassle! - as we are in a rural location) and we always send 'signed for' delivery. If you want us to post anything please order online as normal and choose 'regular' as the shipping option and pay the £7.99 plus VAT via paypal, but put in the customer comments section 'please post' and we will then refund the difference to your paypal account when we return from the PO.
