Heat sealable polyester patch. 100mm round.

White patch labels for producing hard wearing full colour dye sublimation transfers onto light or dark garments.

Application:
1) Print mirror image on dye sublimation paper using dye sublimation inks
2) Place a teflon sheet on the base plate of your heat press
3) Spray a thin mist of spray glue (3M 75) onto your print
4) Position the patch label on the print and press down lightly by hand to secure in place
5) Put the Transjet paper with the patch label down on the press and press at 200°C, medium pressure and for 25-30 seconds
6) Peel off the sublimation paper, remove the label from the teflon sheet and put it onto the garment. Press for 12-15 seconds at 200° C using heavy pressure, repeat pressing from the reverse.
